DeepMind 12 Preset Collection Vol. 2: 640 Presets brings the five packs of the second DeepMind 12 series together: 640 programs in five banks of 128 for Behringer DeepMind 12, DeepMind 12D and DeepMind 12XD (firmware 1.1 or newer), for less than buying the packs one by one.
Five banks, five worlds
- Stellar Loom: Berlin school and kosmische for the DeepMind 12: turning sequences, deep basses and slow, wide pads.
- Lucid Undertow: Melodic techno and progressive house: rolling basses, hypnotic plucks and arps, wide stabs and big pads.
- Glass Vespers: Ambient textures and drones: slowly evolving pads, long drones, glassy keys and moving textures.
- Warped Postcards: Lo-fi and chillwave for the DeepMind 12: warm keys, dusty pads, soft leads and round basses.
- Electric Coliseum: Prog and arena rock keys for the DeepMind 12: big poly brass, soaring leads, string pads and rock stabs.
What is inside
640 programs: 92 pad, 66 arp, 64 bass, 56 lead, 56 keys, 50 pluck, 46 sequence, 44 drone, 44 fx, 42 strings, 36 poly, 24 stab, 20 brass.
How it works
Each pack is its own zip with its own bank file, so you can load one bank at a time and swap them as your project needs. The DeepMind holds eight banks: put one or several of these in, and the rest of your sounds stay where they are.
What you get
Five zips, one per pack. One zip with the bank file, every program as its own file sorted by category, a README with install steps and a playing note for every program, and the program list as a spreadsheet. Back up your synth, pick one bank you can free up and load the bank with the official DeepMind editor app, SynthTribe or any SysEx librarian.
Compatibility
For Behringer DeepMind 12, DeepMind 12D and DeepMind 12XD (firmware 1.1 or newer). The DeepMind 6 is not supported: it uses a different SysEx format and has 6 voices, so these files do not load on it. Load the bank with the official DeepMind editor app, SynthTribe or any SysEx librarian on macOS or Windows.
