What Is Neural Amp Modeler

NAM is a free plugin (VST3 and AU) that loads neural network models trained on real amplifier circuits. Unlike traditional amp sims that use component-level modeling, NAM captures the complete nonlinear behavior of an amplifier including its unique saturation characteristics, dynamic response, and harmonic content. The result is a remarkably authentic amp-in-a-box experience at zero cost for the base plugin.
