SPACE
Shape early reflections and an algorithmic late field. Room, Plate, Hall, Chamber, Ambience and Nonlinear styles.
SIZE · DECAY · DIFFUSIONGive the performance a place
A room that supports the vocal. A tail that moves with the phrase. A Shimmer field that becomes part of the arrangement. Build the space around what the performance needs.

One lead vocal, four different spaces. Each example uses a separate ContextVerb Pro 2 setting. Press play and switch between the dry recording and ContextVerb Pro 2 at any moment. Level-matched for comparison, with the complete reverb tail preserved. Listen on headphones and let each example ring out.

Choose the character first
Stay close and natural, extend captured character, or let pitch and feedback create a new atmosphere. Each engine exposes the controls that belong to it.

SIZE · DECAY · DIFFUSIONAudition the included captured spaces. Preserve their time structure while shaping the wet tone and stereo image.
CAPTURED CHARACTERKeep the captured impression and add an independently shaped algorithmic late field.

Choose the source category and let Context guide space, tone and focus through the active phrase. Hold the current targets or lock individual controls. Your Mix and input/output trims stay yours.

+ ZoomIndependent Shimmer
Shift up or down, choose single, dual or reverse voices, and shape the grain and filtered feedback. This engine has its own sustained field, with manual control over the texture.
Focus & recovery
Wet ducking makes room for the phrase without riding the dry vocal. Set attack, hold and release, add transient protection, or route a separate key to the sidechain.

+ ZoomA library you can make your own
Browse instrument categories, search by character and star your favourites. Duplicate a factory sound, save your own version and move the bank between computers. Mix Lock keeps your balance while you audition.
From an insert to a shared return
Start with the route, choose the character, then set how much space belongs in the mix.
Use Mix to place the source. Enable optional Auto Level when a level-aware comparison helps, then set the final Output trim.
Enable Send for 100% wet output. Control the amount from the DAW’s sends and return fader.
Predelay, frequency-dependent decay, Bloom or Gated shapes and wet ducking give the space a deliberate musical role.
For original ContextVerb Pro owners
ContextVerb Pro 2 installs alongside the original. Keep earlier sessions intact and explore the new engines and workflow.
Native on both platforms

Yes. Its diffuse pitch-feedback network has pitch, voice, feedback, grain and feedback-filter controls. Space and Hybrid also offer a separate octave layer.
It guides space, tone, width, modulation and ducking targets. Hold retains the current targets, and individual locks protect your choices. Mix and input/output trims remain manual. Independent Shimmer uses manual control.
Yes. The wet ducker can follow the main input or an auxiliary detector routed by your DAW. If that sidechain is unavailable, the interface reports the input fallback.
It optionally compensates level differences during active phrases and holds compensation through tails. It is stereo-linked, switchable and disabled in Send mode. It is not a limiter.
The IR and Hybrid engines use the included captured-response library. External IR import and IR export are not included.
Yes. The universal macOS installer includes native Intel and Apple Silicon VST3 and Audio Unit builds. Windows includes a 64-bit VST3. A compatible host is required.
Yes. ContextVerb Pro 2 has its own plugin identity and installs alongside the original version, so earlier sessions can retain the earlier plugin.
