This collection contains 17 Vital preset products: sixteen focused toolkits and the Complete Toolkit Bundle with 8,000 Vital presets. Every standalone toolkit contains 1,000 presets. Instead of a small mixed pack, you can choose a complete library for modern metal, drum and bass, darksynth, synthwave, cinematic scoring, industrial sound design, hybrid metal or metalstep.

The sounds are organized around real arrangement jobs: basses and subs, leads, pads, plucks, keys, rhythmic sequences, atmospheres, impacts and transition FX. Product pages show the exact category balance and include demonstrations where available, so you can judge the sound before choosing a pack.

• Modern metal, djent and metalcore: Modern Metal Toolkit II combines 1,000 Vital presets with 60 wavetables. The original Modern Metal Toolkit is a separate 1,000-preset library for aggressive basses, cutting leads, atmospheric pads, percussive plucks, sequences and design FX around heavy guitars.
• Drum and bass and neurofunk: Drum & Bass Toolkit II includes 1,000 presets and 59 wavetables, with a strong bass, lead, sequence and pad selection. The original Drum & Bass Toolkit adds another full bank of subs, Reeses, growls, rolling sequences and high-impact FX.
• Darksynth and cyberpunk: choose Darksynth Toolkit II for 1,000 presets and 56 wavetables, or the original Darksynth Toolkit for distorted basses, cold pads, dark plucks, pulsing sequences and glitchy FX.
• Synthwave and retrowave: Synthwave Toolkit II contains 1,000 presets and 58 wavetables. The original Synthwave Toolkit gives you a second bank of chrome basses, VHS-style chords, arcade leads, warm pads and glassy plucks.
• Cinematic scoring and trailers: Cinematic Toolkit II includes 1,000 presets and 60 wavetables for pads, FX, basses and keys. The original Cinematic Toolkit focuses on tension, atmosphere and sonic storytelling through weighted basses, evolving pads, rhythmic sequences and textural FX.
• Industrial and mechanical sound design: Industrial Dark Machines Toolkit II includes 1,000 presets and 57 wavetables. The original Industrial Dark Machines Toolkit covers machine basses, tempo-locked sequences, command leads, smoke-filled pads and factory-like FX.
• Hybrid metal and heavy electronic: Argent Hybrid Metal Toolkit II combines 1,000 presets with 60 wavetables. The original Argent Hybrid Metal Toolkit adds another independent library for distorted basses, cutting leads, mechanical sequences, cold pads and metal-focused sound design.
• Metalstep and aggressive bass music: Metalstep Toolkit II includes 1,000 presets and 59 wavetables. The original Metalstep Toolkit is a second 1,000-preset library for grinding Reeses, aggressive leads, wide pads, punchy plucks, driving sequences and transition FX.

Series I, Series II or the complete bundle?

Series I and Series II are separate preset libraries. A Series I toolkit contains 1,000 presets for its named genre. A Series II toolkit also contains 1,000 presets and adds the custom wavetable set stated in the product title. Producers who work across many of these styles can choose the 8,000-preset Vital bundle; a standalone toolkit is the more focused choice when you need only one sound world.

What makes these Vital banks practical?

Vital can cover clean, animated and heavily processed sounds, so each toolkit is built around a useful mix of playable patches and sound-design material. Category counts vary deliberately by genre: a drum and bass pack needs more bass variations, while a cinematic pack gives more room to pads, keys and FX. The Series II pages list their exact preset and wavetable counts. You can also combine these banks with professional wavetables when you want more raw oscillator material.

Products in this collection are digital downloads; no physical product is shipped. Check the chosen product page for its exact contents and any version information before purchase. Under the standard Develop Device license, the presets may be used in personal and commercial music releases, monetized productions and rendered client work. Vital preset FAQ

Does every standalone pack contain 1,000 Vital presets?
Yes. Each standalone toolkit in this collection contains 1,000 presets. The Complete Toolkit Bundle contains 8,000 presets from eight toolkits.

What is the difference between Series I and Series II?
They are separate banks for the same broad genre, not a small and large edition of one product. Series II also includes the custom wavetable count stated in its title.

Can I use these presets outside EDM?
Yes. The collection includes libraries made for metal, cinematic scoring, industrial production, synthwave and hybrid guitar-based arrangements as well as bass music.

Can I release commercial music made with the presets?
Yes. Commercial music use is allowed under the Develop Device terms; redistribution of the source preset files is not.

Is there a matching Serum 2 collection?
Yes. If you use both synths, compare the separate Serum 2 presets collection. The instrument formats differ, so choose the product made for the synth you intend to use.
