• Modern metal, djent and metalcore: start with Modern Metal Toolkit II for 1,000 presets plus 60 wavetables, or choose the original Modern Metal Toolkit for a separate 1,000-preset library. Both focus on basses, leads, pads and production FX that can work around dense guitars and drums.
• Drum and bass and neurofunk: Drum & Bass Toolkit II includes 1,000 presets and 59 wavetables, with an emphasis on basses, sequences, leads and pads. The original Drum & Bass Toolkit is another full bank for subs, Reeses, growls and high-impact production.
• Darksynth and cyberpunk: choose Darksynth Toolkit II for 1,000 presets and 56 wavetables, or the original Darksynth Toolkit for distorted basses, menacing leads, tense pads, cold plucks and impact FX.
• Synthwave and retrowave: Synthwave Toolkit II combines 1,000 presets with 58 wavetables. For a second independent bank, Synthwave Toolkit covers chrome basses, VHS-style chords, arcade leads, warm pads and glassy plucks.

Series I, Series II or the complete bundle?

Series I and Series II are separate libraries rather than small updates of the same bank. A Series I toolkit gives you 1,000 presets for its named genre. Each Series II toolkit also gives you 1,000 presets and adds the custom wavetable set stated in its product title. If you work across several of these styles, the 8,000-preset bundle combines all eight core Serum 2 toolkits in one purchase. If you only need one production direction, a standalone toolkit keeps the choice focused.

What kinds of sounds are included?

Category counts vary by toolkit because every genre needs a different balance. Across the collection you will find basses, leads, pads, plucks, keys, sequences, chords, atmospheres and sound-design FX. Requirements, download and license

These libraries are made for Serum 2 and are not sold as Serum 1 banks. Check the individual product page before purchase for its exact contents and any version notes. Products in this collection are digital downloads; no physical item is shipped. The standard Develop Device license allows the presets to be used in personal and commercial music releases, monetized productions and rendered client work. Are these presets compatible with Serum 1?
No. This collection is specifically made for Serum 2. Use Serum 2 and check the selected product page for any additional version information.

Does every pack contain 1,000 presets?
Every standalone toolkit in this collection contains 1,000 presets. The Complete Toolkit Bundle contains 8,000 presets drawn from eight toolkits.

Do the packs include wavetables?
The Series II toolkits include custom wavetable sets; the exact number is stated in each title and product description. Series I products are presented as 1,000-preset libraries.

Can I use the sounds in commercial releases?
Yes. You may use them in commercial music under the Develop Device terms. You may not redistribute the presets themselves as a competing library.
