PRODUCT GALLERY
Night Engines: 128 multi/poly Presets brings 128 Performances and 48 of my own wavetables to the Korg multi/poly, multi/poly module and multi/poly native. Dark, moving sounds for synthwave, techno, film and game music: deep basses, wide pads, sharp plucks, keys, arps, textures and percussion.
The sound
Night Engines is built around 48 wavetables I made for this pack. They are not part of the factory library, so these Performances sound like nothing else on your multi/poly. Every one of them sweeps, morphs or pulses through those tables, from slow pads that open up while you hold a chord to tight plucks that sit right in a mix.
How it plays
The four Mod Knobs are set up on every Performance: BRIGHTNESS, CHARACTER, MOTION and SPACE. Mod wheel, aftertouch and velocity shape the sound, and the Kaoss Physics pad pushes it around. The motion sounds develop while you hold the keys and follow the tempo of your track.
What is inside
128 Performances: 16 bass, 16 pad, 16 lead, 16 pluck, 16 keys, 16 arp, 16 texture, 16 percussion. 48 wavetables. Every Performance is levelled so you can switch between them without reaching for the volume.
What you get
One zip with a single bundle file (.mpbundle) that holds all 128 Performances together with the 48 wavetables, every Performance as its own .mpperf file, and a README with install steps. Drag the bundle into multi/poly native or the multi/poly Editor/Librarian and everything arrives in one go, wavetables included. From the Editor/Librarian you send the sounds to your multi/poly.
Compatibility
For the Korg multi/poly, multi/poly module and multi/poly native. Keep your multi/poly on the current system update and use the current multi/poly Editor/Librarian. Not for modwave, wavestate or opsix: those are different instruments with their own sound format.
