Refund Policy

Digital Products - No Refunds After Download

All products sold by Develop Device are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. This policy applies to all our product categories including:

  • Guitar Amp Presets (Helix, Kemper, Axe-Fx, Quad Cortex, ToneX, etc.)
  • NAM (Neural Amp Modeler) Profiles
  • Drum Samples & Drum Presets (Superior Drummer, GGD, GetGoodDrums, etc.)
  • Impulse Responses (IRs) - Cabinet simulations
  • DAW Templates (Reaper, Logic Pro, Cubase, Pro Tools, etc.)
  • Plugin Presets (Neural DSP, STL Tones, Mercuriall, etc.)
  • Product Bundles & All-Access Packages
  • Sample Packs & MIDI Files
  • Any other digital audio content or production tools

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You receive immediate access to download the digital files
  • Digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded
  • You expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal for digital content delivered immediately (as permitted under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m))

All sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded the product.

Exceptions - When We May Issue Refunds

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If the product files are corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be downloaded due to an error on our end, and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If you received a different product than what you ordered
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice within 24 hours
  • Payment Processing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for a single order

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Change of mind after downloading
  • Compatibility issues with your DAW, amp modeler, or system (please check product requirements before purchase)
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
  • Dissatisfaction with sound or quality after download
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions (all discounted sales are final)
  • Individual items from bundles after any part has been downloaded
  • Purchasing the wrong product due to not reading the product description, title, or specifications
  • Misunderstanding what is included in the product because the description was not read carefully
  • Assuming product compatibility without checking the clearly stated requirements

Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility as a customer to:

  • Read the complete product description before purchasing
  • Verify compatibility with your specific hardware/software setup
  • Check what is included in the product (number of presets, file formats, etc.)
  • Review audio demos and product previews when available
  • Understand the difference between product types (e.g., NAM profiles vs. Kemper profiles)
  • Contact us at support@developdevice.com BEFORE purchasing if you have any questions

We provide detailed product information, compatibility lists, and demos to help you make an informed decision. Failure to read this information is not grounds for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us at support@developdevice.com within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence of the technical problem (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Bundles and All-Access Products

Bundle purchases and All-Access packages are subject to the same policy. Once any item within a bundle has been accessed or downloaded, the entire bundle purchase becomes non-refundable.

Before purchasing, please carefully review:

  • Product descriptions and compatibility information
  • Required hardware/software (specific amp modeler, DAW version, plugin version, etc.)
  • File formats and system requirements
  • Audio demos and product previews

We provide detailed product information and demos to help you make an informed decision. Compatibility issues are not grounds for refund after download.
