Black Assembly: 1000 ArgWave 3 Presets & 1000 Wavetables is an expansion for ArgWave 3 with 1000 presets for industrial metal, cyber-metal and dark electronic music. Hydraulic basses, grinding rhythms, burnt distorted walls, factory-floor pads, sirens and steel hits. Every preset plays its own wavetable, made for that one sound: nothing shared and nothing borrowed from the factory sounds.

What is inside

• 110 basses and 60 growls: hydraulic, riveted and pressed low end with a solid sub that stays put under down-tuned guitars, and snarling machine growls.
• 90 chugs and 70 sequences: gated machine rhythms that lock to your tempo, from piston stomps to conveyor patterns.
• 80 grinders and 80 distorted tones: textures that sound like metal being cut, and walls of synth distortion that never turn into fizz.
• 90 leads: cutting cyber leads, sirens and wire-like lines with glide.
• 80 pads and 70 drones: smoke, steam and power-plant hum for intros, breakdowns and film work.
• 80 hits, 60 plucks, 50 braams and 80 effects: steel impacts, sparks, alarms, risers and huge low horns.

Made to move

Each wavetable changes as it plays, so a held note keeps evolving. On every preset the eight macros (DOOM, Damage, Motion, Growl, Space, Gate, Width and Low End) are set up for that sound, and each one makes a change you can hear. The mod wheel and aftertouch do something useful on every preset too.

Ready for a heavy mix

Every preset sits at the same loudness as the factory sounds, so you can audition fast. The low end stays clean and centred under down-tuned guitars, the sound holds up in mono, and the distorted sounds bite without harsh fizz.

Easy to install

One file. Drop it on the ArgWave 3 window, use Install pack in the preset browser, or put it in the Expansions folder. It shows up in every format at once, and your projects keep their sound even on a computer without the pack.

Requirements

ArgWave 3 (version 3.0.1 or newer, a free update for ArgWave 3 owners) on Windows 10/11 (64-bit) or macOS 11 or newer (Intel and Apple Silicon), in any DAW that loads VST3 or AU, or the standalone app. This is a preset expansion, not a separate plugin.
