Voltage Noir: 1000 ArgWave 3 Presets & 1000 Wavetables is an expansion for ArgWave 3. 1000 dark synth sounds for the night drive. 1000 wavetables. One for every preset.
Dark synth sounds with real bite
Voltage Noir turns ArgWave 3 into a night machine: driving basses and sixteenth-note pulses, wide laser leads, neon arps and plucks, brass and keys for the big moments, and atmospheres that sound like empty streets after the rain. Every sound runs through the DOOM RACK, so the dark side of the pack always has teeth.
1000 presets, 1000 wavetables
No recycled shapes: every preset comes with its own wavetable, made for that sound. Many move and morph as they play, so a held note keeps changing. All 1000 wavetables are yours to use in your own patches too.
Ready for the mix
Every preset is level-matched, so you can audition fast without jumps in volume. The low end stays solid and centred, nothing rumbles below what speakers can play, and the distorted sounds are checked so they bite without fizz.
Hands on the knobs
The eight macros (DOOM, Damage, Motion, Growl, Space, Gate, Width, Low End) are wired in every preset and all of them do something you can hear. The mod wheel pushes the DOOM RACK and opens the filter, and pressure on your keys brings in the feedback chain.
What is inside
Bass 110, Pulse 60, Reese 40, Lead 110, Solo 30, Pad 90, Atmos 50, Arp 100, Pluck 70, Keys 50, Brass 50, Stab 50, Hit 40, FX 60, Riser 40, Distorted 50. One file, installs in seconds.
Install
Download the pack file and drop it onto the ArgWave 3 window, or click Install Pack in the preset browser. It shows up as its own source with all 1000 presets and wavetables, in every format of the plugin.
Requirements
ArgWave 3 (version 3.0.1 or newer, a free update for ArgWave 3 owners) on Windows 10/11 (64-bit) or macOS 11 or newer (Intel and Apple Silicon), in any DAW that loads VST3 or AU, or the standalone app. Not available for Pro Tools (AAX). This is an expansion: it needs ArgWave 3 to play.
