Yes. With your third monthly payment you get 5 bonus credits on top, once. On the yearly plan you get them right away, with your first 30 credits. They sit above the 30-credit rollover limit.
The whole Develop Device library in the Hub: presets, patches, IRs, templates, MIDI, wavetables and plugins. Custom services and Drum Visualizer are not available for credits. Everything else is, even the biggest bundles (up to 50 credits: your 30 saved credits plus a top-up).
