What file format should I send you?
Export tracks as WAV at 48 kHz / 24-bit, starting from the project's beginning. MIDI tracks should also start at the same point. You can send your full DAW project or individual stems.
How should I prepare and organize my files?
Label every track clearly and group them into folders by instrument (Gtr, Drums, Synths, Vox, etc.). Include a reference track or a short note describing the sound direction you're after.
How many revisions are included?
We include revisions until you're 100% happy with the result - at no extra cost, every time.
What delivery formats do you support?
Delivery is tailored to your distribution. Standard 44.1 kHz / 16-bit WAV + MP3 for streaming, plus high-resolution masters (48 / 96 / 192 kHz, 24-bit) for video, hi-res platforms, and archival. Apple Digital Masters specification is supported on request - mastered to Apple's official spec and ready for streaming and archival at the highest available resolution.
How long does it take?
Turnaround depends on the package. Reamping is 2-3 weeks, analog mastering 3-5 weeks, full mix 5-7 weeks, mix + master 6-8 weeks, and editing + mix + master 8-10 weeks. You'll get a specific ETA once the scope is agreed.
Do you handle unreleased material confidentially?
Yes. Unreleased material is treated as strictly confidential by default. A mutual NDA is available on request - just let me know before I start.
How does payment work?
Payment is upfront via the secure methods available at checkout. Refunds are considered case-by-case only if work has not yet started - if there's no communication from your side for over three months, the project is closed and the refund right is forfeited.
