The store currently includes 474 products. Popular areas include 211 Superior Drummer 3 preset products, 268 drum preset/template products plus 4 Drum MIDI packs, 158 guitar and bass tone products, 14 non-drum DAW/session template products, 11 plugin/app products and 4 custom service products.

Before buying, open the product page and check the required software, hardware, format and included files.

A customer account is optional. You can buy without creating one, but an account can make it easier to find your order history and downloads later.

Always use an email address you can access, because your order confirmation and download information are sent there.

Standard digital products are delivered electronically after payment by download link, email and/or customer account access. There is no physical package for digital products.

In most cases, yes. Use your customer account or order email to access your downloads again. Keep your own backup after downloading, especially for active studio projects.

If a link is missing, expired or blocked by mistake, contact support with your order number and the email address used for the order.

First check spam, promotions, quarantine folders and the email address used for the order. Some email providers can delay automated download messages, especially after larger orders or payment reviews.

If the message still does not arrive, contact support with your order number and order email. Do not place a second order for the same product unless support confirms that the original order failed.

Check the product title, description, required software or hardware, supported version, file format and any required expansion library. Many products are made for one specific system, such as Superior Drummer 3, Fractal Axe-Fx III, FM3/FM9, Quad Cortex, Kemper, NAM, ToneX, Helix or a specific DAW.

If you are unsure, contact support before ordering. It is much easier to confirm compatibility first than to fix a wrong-format purchase later.

Before you pay, the final amount is shown clearly. That is the amount and currency used for your order, including any taxes or discounts that apply.

Most preset packs, IRs, profiles, MIDI packs, templates and plugins are ready-made digital downloads. Custom services are different: they require your project files, instructions, review and production time.

No. Develop Device supplies digital products and digital services. Standard products are delivered electronically, and custom service deliverables are also supplied digitally.

Prices can change when you select a different product option, use a discount code, or view the store from a country where taxes or local pricing are different.

Before you pay, review the final total, currency and selected product option. The order amount is exactly what you see before completing payment.

The current catalog includes 211 Superior Drummer 3 preset products, 32 EZdrummer 3 templates, 16 GetGood Drums templates/presets, 4 MODO Drum preset products, 4 Perfect Drums templates, 1 Addictive Drums 2 preset products and 4 drum MIDI packs.

The catalog includes presets for many Toontrack libraries, including Core Library, The Metal Foundry SDX, Metal Machinery SDX, Death & Darkness SDX, The Rock Foundry SDX, The Rock Warehouse SDX, Progressive Foundry SDX, Fields of Rock SDX, Legacy of Rock SDX, The Decades SDX, Hitmaker SDX, Area 33 SDX, Area 33 Origin SDX, Stories SDX, Stockholm SDX and selected EZX libraries.

Every product page states the exact library required. A preset made for one SDX/EZX library will not automatically include another library.

• A licensed installation of Superior Drummer 3.
• The specific SDX or EZX expansion listed on the product page.
• Enough disk space for the required Toontrack libraries.
• A current Superior Drummer 3 version is recommended.

Develop Device presets do not include Toontrack software or expansions. They are preset files for customers who already own the required Toontrack products.

Most Superior Drummer 3 preset products are designed to load directly inside Superior Drummer 3. The product page will state if anything additional is required.

DAW templates are different: they may require specific DAW versions or third-party plugins, depending on the template.

Many drum presets work well with electronic drums when your kit triggers Superior Drummer 3 or another supported drum instrument through MIDI. Mapping, velocity response and hi-hat behavior depend on your e-drum module, MIDI map and drum software settings.

If you play from an e-kit, check that your software receives clean MIDI and that the required library is installed before troubleshooting the preset itself.

Usually no. Drum presets depend on the mixer channels, kit pieces and articulations of the exact library listed on the product page. If the required SDX, EZX or drum library is missing, the preset may load incorrectly or not load at all.

Buy the product that matches the library you actually own, or contact support before ordering if you are unsure.

The current guitar/bass tone catalog includes 158 products, including 83 Fractal products, 19 Quad Cortex products, 13 Kemper products, 14 Line 6 products, 2 ToneX products, 3 NAM products and 9 cabinet IR products.

Choose the product made for your exact device, plugin or amp-sim format.

• Presets are saved settings for one specific device, plugin or app.
• Kemper profiles are amp/cab captures for Kemper Profiler.
• Quad Cortex captures are captures for Neural DSP Quad Cortex.
• NAM profiles are amp captures for Neural Amp Modeler.
• IRs are cabinet impulse responses, usually WAV files, used in IR loaders, modelers and amp sims.

These formats are usually not interchangeable, so choose the version made for your gear.

Cabinet IR products can usually be loaded in amp sims, IR loaders, DAWs and hardware modelers that accept WAV impulse responses.

Check your device or plugin manual for supported sample rates, length limits and import steps.

Start with the exact device or plugin you own. A Fractal Axe-Fx III preset is not the same as an FM3 preset, a Kemper profile is not a Quad Cortex capture, and a NAM profile is not a ToneX capture.

If you use multiple devices, buy the product that clearly names the one you want to use. When in doubt, contact support before ordering.

No. Artist, band, software, hardware and third-party brand names are used to describe compatibility, style or intended use. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, those references do not mean that Develop Device is affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the named third party.

In most cases, no. Fractal, Quad Cortex, Kemper, Helix, ToneX, NAM and plugin presets use different file formats and sound engines. A similar tone can sometimes be recreated manually, but the preset files themselves are normally not interchangeable.

Choose the product that clearly names your device or plugin, especially when buying for live rigs or paid sessions.

The store currently includes 11 Develop Device software and app products such as audio plugins, IR tools, tone-capture utilities, wavetable/sound-design products and related studio tools.

Plugin format, operating system support and installation steps are product-specific, so check the product page before buying.

Operating system and plugin format support is product-specific. Some products list Windows, macOS, VST3, AU or standalone/app support, while others may be limited to a narrower format.

Before purchasing a plugin or app, check the product description for supported OS, plugin format and any install notes.

Choose the DAW you actually use when ordering, and mention any important version or plugin details before sending files.

Each DAW template product page lists the required DAW, plugin set and any special notes. Some templates use stock plugins, while others require specific third-party plugins.

Do not assume a template will open correctly if you do not own the listed plugins. If a template requires paid third-party plugins, those plugins are not included with the template.

Usually no. DAW templates are built for a specific DAW session format and plugin routing environment. Audio stems, MIDI files or presets may sometimes be reusable elsewhere, but the template itself will not normally convert perfectly between DAWs.

Buy the DAW version that matches your actual production system.

Version differences can matter. A newer DAW may usually open older sessions, but older DAWs may fail to open newer project files. Plugin updates can also change preset compatibility, routing behavior or available parameters.

Check the product page for version notes before buying. If your studio system is older, frozen for compatibility or mission-critical, contact support with the exact DAW and plugin versions first.

Delivery time depends on the service you choose, project scope, queue position and how quickly all required files and feedback are provided. Current timing options include Custom Mix & Master in Your DAW: Standard delivery time (approx. 2 months),Rush service (approx. 2 weeks); Custom Preset for Digital Modelers & Guitar Amp Sim Plugins: Standard (approx. 2 months),Rush service (approx. 2 weeks); Custom Preset for Superior Drummer 3: Standard delivery time (approx. 2 months),Rush service (approx. 2 weeks).

The timing shown on the product page is the estimate for the option you select.

For mixing, provide clearly named WAV tracks, preferably 24-bit/48kHz, exported from the same start point so they line up correctly. Remove unnecessary processing unless it is essential to the sound, and include DI tracks for guitars and bass when reamping or tone design is part of the work.

For mastering, send the final stereo mix at high resolution with enough headroom and no limiter clipping on the master bus unless it is only a reference.

Export each audio and MIDI track individually, starting from the same timeline position. Use clear file names, keep the structure simple, remove unnecessary bus routing, and include tempo, sample rate, references and notes about the intended sound.

Compress the files into a ZIP or share them through cloud storage. You can also use the custom DAW template preparation guide.

Custom projects require active communication. If support requests, approval questions, revision requests or project updates are not answered for a continuous period of 60 days, the custom service may be considered delivered and completed as-is, based on the work and information available.

Responding quickly helps keep the project moving and avoids delays in delivery.

Yes. Reference tracks, mix notes, tone examples, screenshots and short explanations are useful for custom services. They help define the target sound, balance, genre context and production priorities before work begins.

Send references legally and practically: streaming links, YouTube links or your own rough mixes are usually better than large copyrighted files. Include what you like about each reference, not just the title.

1. Download and extract the preset files.
2. Open Superior Drummer 3.
3. Use File > Open or the relevant preset/project loading command.
4. Select the downloaded preset/project file.
5. Confirm that the required SDX/EZX library is installed.

Download and extract the preset files, connect your Fractal device by USB, then use the correct Fractal editor or Fractal-Bot for your unit.

Make sure the preset product matches your device. Axe-Fx III, FM3/FM9, Axe-Fx II and AX8 files are not always interchangeable.

Download and extract the profile files, then import them through Kemper Rig Manager or the supported USB method for your Kemper.

If a profile does not appear, check that the file was extracted correctly and that Rig Manager is connected to the right device and account.

Quad Cortex products are made for Neural DSP Quad Cortex. Follow Neural DSP's current import or cloud steps for your device and account.

Make sure you purchased a Quad Cortex product, not a Kemper, NAM, ToneX or Fractal product with a similar sound description.

NAM profiles are loaded in Neural Amp Modeler or compatible NAM loaders. Cabinet IRs are loaded in an IR loader, amp sim, DAW plugin or hardware modeler that supports WAV impulse responses.

If the tone sounds wrong, check the signal chain order: amp/profile first, cabinet IR after the amp section, then post effects as needed.

First confirm that the ZIP file was extracted, the file was imported into the correct software or device editor, and the product matches your exact device or plugin. Some apps do not find presets until they are moved into the correct preset, project or user-library folder.

If it still does not appear, restart the app, rescan presets if that option is available, and contact support with screenshots of the folder, file extension and import screen.

Yes. Purchased products can be used in your own personal or commercial music, recordings, mixes, masters, performances and audiovisual productions, subject to the license terms.

You may not resell, share, repackage, upload, redistribute or use the source product files to create a competing product library. See the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement for full terms.

Digital downloads are different from physical goods because files cannot be returned once they are made available, accessed or downloaded. For that reason, change-of-mind refunds are normally not available unless required by law or expressly agreed.

If the wrong file was supplied, a file is corrupted or incomplete, or a product clearly does not match its description, contact support so the issue can be reviewed under the Refund, Withdrawal and Digital Content Policy.

2. Check that the product format matches your exact device or software version.
3. Extract the downloaded ZIP before importing files.
4. Update the app or editor if needed.
5. Try downloading the file again from your order or account.
