Terms of Service - Develop Device Mixing & Mastering

Service Ordering:

• Select the type of service you are ordering.

Pricing:

The cost varies depending on the type of service ordered.

File Submission Requirements:

• File Format: Accept DAW projects or WAV tracks exported at 48kHz/24bit from the start of the project. MIDI tracks should also be exported from the beginning of the project.
• File Organization: All tracks should be clearly labeled and organized into folders (e.g., Gtr, Drums, Synths). Tracks should be of the highest possible quality.
• Metadata: Each track should include basic metadata (title, BPM, key of the song).
• Reference Materials: Provide any reference tracks or specific sound specifications desired.
• Project Notes: Include notes with specific instructions or special requests for each track or section.
• Right to Refuse: Reserve the right to refuse any work if the tracks do not meet quality standards.

Delivery and Revisions:

The final mix and mastering will be delivered in the agreed format. The price includes two revisions; each additional revision is charged at 99 EUR.

Timeline:

Completion typically takes 8–10 weeks, depending on project complexity and current workload.

Payments and Refunds:

• Payments are made in advance via secure payment methods listed on the website.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis but are only possible before any work has commenced.
• If the client fails to communicate for more than 3 months during the project, the project is considered closed, and the right to a refund is forfeited.

Bulk Discount:

Orders of more than 5 songs receive a 10% discount on the entire order.
